Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • Standard Shipping – $5 · Delivered in 3 to 4 business days.
  • Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders $75+ (same 3 to 4 business day delivery).
  • Express Shipping – $10 · Delivered in 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery windows are carrier estimates and begin after processing. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days at our U.S. fulfillment center. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. During new launches or restocks, processing times may extend slightly due to high order volume.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and have all tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, email hello@wearecoraz.com with your order number. We’ll reply with authorization, instructions, and a prepaid return label.

Return Shipping

You may use our prepaid label; the label cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Include the size or color you want in your email. We’ll process the exchange once the original item is scanned in transit or received.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wearecoraz.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items and gift cards
  • Items showing wear, washing, deodorant or makeup marks
  • Items missing tags or original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email an update. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. (Your bank may take additional time to post.)
