Shipping

• Standard Shipping – $5 (3 to 4 business days to arrive after processing)
• Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders $45+ (3 to 4 business days to arrive after processing)
• Express Shipping – $10 (1 to 2 business days to arrive)

Delivery windows are carrier estimates and begin after processing. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days at our U.S. fulfillment center. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. During new launches or restocks, processing times may extend slightly due to high order volume.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and have all tags attached.

Holiday Returns

Orders placed November 15 through December 24 can be returned until January 15.

Free Size Exchanges on Your First Order

Not the right fit? Email us your order number and the size you need. We’ll send a free prepaid label and ship your new size once the original is scanned in transit or received.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email hello@wearecoraz.com with your order number. We’ll reply with authorization, instructions, and a prepaid return label.

Return Shipping for Refunds

You may use our prepaid label; the label cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Color Exchanges

Include the color you want in your email. We’ll process the exchange once the original item is scanned in transit or received.

Damages or Wrong Item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wearecoraz.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Items showing wear, washing, deodorant or makeup marks, or missing tags/packaging will be returned to sender.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email an update. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take additional time to post).
