Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
During new launches or restocks, processing times may extend slightly due to high order volume.
Shipping rates & delivery
We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) — $5 flat rate for orders under $75

Free Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) — automatically applied on orders $45 and up

Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — $10 flat rate
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier and destination.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow its progress.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If the issue persists, email hello@wearecoraz.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
Please note that CORAZ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Address changes
If you entered an incorrect address, email hello@wearecoraz.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make delivery changes.
